He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Howard and Lucille Howard. He is survived by: his wife Susan Lavender; his siblings, Tom Howard (Mitch) of Littleton, Ron Howard of Tucson, Pat Howard of Bend, Oregon and Liz Davis (Jim) of Burley; his great grandchild Beck; and also, Valerie Lavender and Emma. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Best Western Burley INN Convention Center (800 N Overland Ave, Burley, ID 83318).
