She is survived by: her husband Loren Holyoak; her children, Kristen Bryant (Neil), Kyle Holyoak, Jared Holyoak (Jen), Nathan Holyoak and Matthew Holyoak (Jenn); and her siblings, Ilene Hess (Loren) of Scottsdale, Arizona and Jerry Johnson (Debbie) of St. George, Utah.. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
