She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Marion and Julia May Wheeler Cardon; and her husband Milton Charles Payne. She is survived by: her sons, Eldon Payne (Marcia) of Pocatello, Lynn Payne (Cynthia) of Twin Falls, Marlin Payne (Yaping) of Seattle, Wash, Mark Payne (Megan) of Declo and Neil Payne (Burley) of View. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 77 great-grandchildren; and 24 great-great- grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints - View 1st (490 E. 550 S. 83318). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
