He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel Ward and Harold King Ward; and his siblings, Ellen Davidson (Edward), Merlin Taylor (Suzy), Betty Florine Taylor, Connie Celestia Ward Seamons (Jack), Joan Ward Wayment (Gar) and Janielle Ward Sax (Bud).
He is survived by: his significant other Jayne Ward; his daughters, Rebecca Ann Hurst (Samuel) and Amber Nicole "Nikki" Francis (Shad); his grandchildren, Bailey Jayne Hurst, Cameron Nicole Francis, Jack Douglas Francis and Karli Grace Francis; and also, Patty Neddo (Dan), Pamela Teeter (Goldie), Harold Olen Ward (Lorraine), Shirley Morris (Elliot) and Brent Schvaneveldt (Marilyn).
