He was predeceased by: his wife Elaine Lewis; and his grandson Ryan. He is survived by: his daughters, Shelly Ruiz, Sonia Gibson (Reed) and Trudy Gratzer (Mark); and his siblings, Alice Mall, Joyce Tipton, Melissa Beresford and Russell Pharris (Tessie). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
