He was predeceased by: his parents, Zira Jean Hansen (Belnap) and Rodney Hansen; and his brothers, Howard Hansen and Lowell Hansen. He is survived by: his wife Alice Anne Carey; his children, Kaisa Crossley (Chad), Esther Seibold (Elliot), Rodney Hansen (Jenni Brdecka), Ingrid Smallman (Rob), Helen Neilson (Avery) and Greta Hansen; his siblings, Karen Hutto (Kenneth), Laureen Anderson (Jay), Margaret Hunt (Duane), Bruce Hansen (Elaine) and Thayne Hansen (Laurie); and his sister-in-law Pam Hansen. He is also survived by 11 grandsons; and four granddaughters.
