He is survived by: his brothers, Mel (Gwen) and Ray (Christine); his grandchildren, Alex, Preston, Kacie, Mackenzie, Stetson, Maddie, Zoey, Zachary, Zailey and Isabella; his wife Julie; and his children, Monday Matlock (Jason), Kyle Germann (Jessi Page), Tyson Germann (Julieann) and Travis Germann (Meghan).
