He is survived by: his wife Anna Michael; his children, James Michael, Katrina Mahan, Hawker and Kari Michael; his grandchildren, Jabe Bennett, Chance Bennett, Alyssa Breck, Kelly Cline and Kander Newton; and his siblings, Christopher Michael, Danny Michael (Karen), Kim Lyles (Kevin) and Patty Michael. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
