He is survived by: his parents, Rene Burkhalter and Louise Burkhalter of Castleford, Idaho; his children, Sandy Burkhalter of Buhl, Idaho and Clay Burkhalter (Kim) of Filer, Idaho; his grandsons, Brandon and Benjamin Burkhalter of Filer, Idaho; and his siblings, Belle Miller (Stan) of Meridian, Idaho, Jeff Burkhalter of Castleford, Idaho, Christy Burkhalter (Lou Ann) of Castleford, Idaho and Becky Montgomery (Lon) of Shoshone, Idaho. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and great nieces and nephews.
