He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvie Lester Sparks and Mable Helen Rosencrantz of Castleford, Idaho.; his wife Connie; and his grandson Tylan Houston. He is survived by: his children, Robert Sparks (Tracey) of Plano, Texas and Becky Houston (Larry) of Phoenix, Arizona; and his siblings, Donald Sparks (Jeanette) of Buhl, Larry of Jerome, Billy Sparks (Nicki) of Post Falls and Pauline Borges of Jerome, Idaho. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; as well as nieces, nephews, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be sent in Bob's name to the Buhl Quick Response Relief Unit, 201 Broadway Ave N, Buhl, Idaho 83316.
