He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarabelle Isaacs (Kennedy) and Solon Isaacs; and his wife Annabelle Greer. He is survived by: his children, Robert Frank Isaacs (Rhonda) of Bliss, Rosa Donnette House (Lynn Stephen) of Middleton and Jerry Collette Cooney (Jim) of Elko, Nevada; his brother Edward Isaacs of Kingman, Arizona; his grandchildren, Jennifer Jo Buttram, Rebecca Ann Krasselt, Randy Scott Thaemert, James Robert Cooney, Joani Marie Cooney, Robert Adrian Isaacs and Heather Ann Benson; and his great grandchildren, Johnny, Lily, Elizabeth, Ren, Stephen, Jessica, Mike, Makenna, Macie, Cooper, Ava, Ali, Emily, Kolton, Isaac and Karly.
