He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Houk and Edith Houk. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Lee; his daughters, Penny Van Blake (Robert), Tracy Brown (Mark), Dena Allred (Jason) and Tina Gould (Bo); and his grandchildren, Chase, Travis, Kylie, Cody, Courtney, Tanner and Hunter. He is also survived by two great grandsons; and one great granddaughter.
