She was predeceased by: her father L. C. Campbell; and her daughter Micheala Bannister. She is survived by: her children, Jenifer LaRue, Seth Bannister and William Bannister; her sisters, Evva Anderson, Celeste Simonsen and Maureen Maddux; her mother Sara Taylor of Buhl; her brothers, Larry, Gary, Jerry, Terry and Perry Campbell; and her niece Samantha Taylor.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, capacity will be limited to 30 people allowed in the chapel.
