He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wagner and Annie Wagner (Richter); his brothers, John, Conrad, Earl, Bernard, Paul and Joe; his siblings-in-law, Maxine, Daryl, Ruby and Chuck Hosman; and his nephew Russel Wanger.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Dowd; his children, David and Kathleen Muir (Scott); his grandchildren, Candice Moseley (Bill), Jordan Wagner (Sarah), Tessa Wagner, Victoria Berg, Alex Muir (Karlie) and Ashley Cannon (Tyler); his great grandchildren, Jake Moseley, Olivia, Quinn, Kate Wagner, Grayson Cannon and Spring Townsend; his siblings, Walter Wagner, Barbara Hosman and Eva Wagner; and his sister-in-law Beverly Wagner.
