With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Monty Bert Montgomery (Buhl, Idaho), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 23, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert A. Montgomery and Veta Rae Montgomery (Thomas); and his brothers, Robert L. and Lynn T.. He is survived by: his siblings, Max R. Montgomery, Karen (Vecera) and Devera (Alvey); his wife Jennie Louise Smellie; and his children, Clay T. (Laura), David C. (Traci), Eliecea Lynn (Dal Wheeler), John R. (Valori) and Daniel F. Montgomery (Meagan). He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
