She was predeceased by: her parents, John Votroubek and Stephanie Votroubek (Kohoutek); her husband Joe Machacek; her son David; and her siblings, Martha Sullivan, Miles Votroubek and Alma Schooler.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Herzinger (Eugene), Kathy Pyke (Ron), Wanda Machacek and Gary Machacek (Pat); and her grandchildren, Kelly Herzinger (Debbie), Laurie Bachmann (Michael), Matthew Pyke (Maria), Benjamin Pyke (Katy), Luke Pyke (Summer), Travis Machacek (Jessica), Holly Mathews (Salamon), Heather Hall (Nate), Tina Barnum (Troy), Jason Machacek (Holly Hallet), Cara Machacek (James Stangeland) and Dylan Quinn. She is also survived by 25 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Clover Lutheran Trinity Church, West End Senior Citizen Center or charity of your choice.
