He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Dustie VanWinkle (Gary), Tammie Peterson (Dale Butterworth), Regie Finney (Frosty), JoBil Clark (Bill), Cindy Finney and Amanda Whiterock; and his grandchildren, Marci Howard (Lex), Lance Finney (Sarah), Alex Finney, Blake Finney, Carlee Finney, Rylee Clark, Talon Clark and Kinley Jones.
