It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Leroy Wiggins (Buhl, Idaho), who passed away on January 20, 2019, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sidney Dallas and Lois "Midge" Mildred Wiggins; his uncle Sam; and his children, Nhut Air Base, Jon Scott and Michelle Nicole.
