He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Arthur and Fern Geneva Koch; and his friend Dwayne Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Karma Gwen Morrison; his daughter Terri Jo Koch; his sister Ann Kreiger; and his grandchildren, Jared Koch (Lacey McGuire) and Alyssa Koch Carpenter (Shane Crawford). He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
