He is survived by: his former wife Barbara Joan Anderson; his wife Lu Alice Steffens; his children, Tammy Pehrson (Dan), Jeff McLeroy (Katie), Joey McLeroy (Irene) and Jessica Oppedyk (George); his daughter-in-law Julie McLeroy; his grandchildren, Andrea Douglas (Adam), Casey Pehrson (Pam), Michell Pehrson, Belle and Casey McLeroy; and his great grandchildren, Hailey, Tate Douglas, Madison, Grace and Joey Pehrson.
