He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Richardson and Robert Richardson. He is survived by: his wife Susanne Burck of Albany; his daughters, Erin Richardson (Angel Adam) and Amanda Richardson (Michael Stanger); his grandsons, Braden Guerra (Katie), Owen De La Cruz and Hunter Garcia; his great grandchild Layla Guerra; and his siblings, Robert P. Richardson Jr. and Carole Bowen (Cliff).
