She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmo Ford and Irene Ford; her husband Chuck Stults; her grandparents, Elmer, Lucy Ellis and Cassie Ford; her brother-in-law Glen Clark; her aunts and uncles, George, Beulah Clark, Wayne, Evelyn Ellis, Paul Ellis and Christine Berry; and her cousins, Dennis, Fred Clark, Danny Ellis, Denny Easter and Elaine Easter.
She is survived by: her sisters, Rozelle Clark and LaVone Jones (Denny); her children, David Slagel, Dianne Dyer and Angela Watkins (Shon); her stepchildren, Rebecca, Wes, Sarah, Steve, Debbie and Rob; and her aunt Joyce Ellis. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews; cousins; and a host of friends.
