Galvan of Buhl, Idaho, born in Twin Falls, Idaho, who passed away on June 13, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Frederick Perry Sr. and Ella Lena Evans; her grandparents, John and Alma Mounts; her stepparents, Lee Evans and Louise Perry; and her siblings, Carolyn Leon, Paul and Patricia.
She is survived by: her former spouse Glen Thorne; and her siblings, Phil, Deb and John.
