He was predeceased by: his parents, Devon Sr. and Norma Ruhter (Griffith); and his brother Rande Ruhter. He is survived by: his children, Troy Ruhter (Daniele) of Tillamook, OR, Travis Ruhter (Bethany) of Longview, WA, Aaron Ruhter (Jennifer) of Idaho Falls, ID, Clayton Ruhter (Beth) of Filer, ID and Danielle Meter (Sam) of Buhl, ID.; his wife Luella; and his siblings, Grace Owen (Gerald), Melvin Ruhter and Boyd Ruhter. He is also survived by children; 11 grandchildren.
