He was predeceased by: his father Derek Cantrell; his nephew Charlie; and his great-nephew Kamdyn Cantrell. He is survived by: his spouse Cynthia Ruffing; his mother Georgia; his siblings, Shannon, Kurt (Lisa) and Tara Tandrow; his children, Leah Reed (Alex) and Cody Cantrell (Lori); and his grandchildren, Cash, Abel, Lela, Cooper, Ella, Adele and Eleanor.
