She was predeceased by: her father Earl; and her grandson Lee Voorhees. She is survived by: her husband Dallas Voorhees; and her children, Don (Heidi Voorhees), Garald "Dusty" (Kirsten Voorhees), Dan (Jayna Voorhees) and Cathleen (Dan Thom). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grand and great-grandchildren.
