He was predeceased by: his siblings, James, George, Foster, Grant, Lillie Mae and Kay; his daughters, Christine Marie Martin (Leonard J.) and Libby Jo Graves (Perrin); and his grandchildren, Justin, Jonathan, Jordan Martin, David Blacker and Rachel Brezak (Rob).
He is survived by: his son Arthur Reuel Chandler; his wife Elna Hammon Chandler of Buhl, Idaho; and his children, Michael Levi Chandler (Lois) of Frenchtown, MT, Mary Denise Blacker (John) of Idaho Falls and Julie Maureen Loveless (Grant) of Buhl, Idaho.. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.
Due to social restrictions imposed by Coronavirus, a private family service was held.
