With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Timothy John Quesnel of Bonners Ferry, Idaho, born in San Jose, California, who passed away on December 30, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Becca Harlan; and his children, Steven Velozo, Jenna Velozo, Christopher Harlan and Deryk Harlan.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any donations be made in Tim's memory to the American Cancer Society.
