He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Quillin and Pauline F. Quillin; and his brothers, Jerry A. Quillin, James C. Quillin and Glen R. Quillin.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Kirk Quillin (Cindy), Mark Alvie Quillin (Julie), Melvin Bruce Quillin (Geri), Malia Quillin (Gary Sanders), Mariah Quillin and Matthew Kyle Quillin (Lindsey). He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.
