He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirleigh Ione Nagel (Peterson) and Eugene Channing Nagel. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his stepchildren, Kristy Kellogg Bonners Ferry (John), Kathryn Cattaneo and John Cattaneo (Jennifer); and his uncles, Melvin Nagel and Gene Leonard. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren.
