He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Garfield Kincaid and Concetta Louise Kincaid; and his brother Donald. He is survived by: his wife Tammi Kincaid; and his siblings, Wayne Kincaid of Goshen, CT, Kevin Kincaid (Lisa Kincaid) of Seymour, VT, Carol Stickney (Leon Stickney) of Goshen, CT and Christine Roy (Donald Roy) of Union, CT. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
