He was predeceased by: his parents, Holger Victor and Phyllis Elaine Forsnes; and his son Evan. He is survived by: his wife Anne Madsen Forsnes; his daughters, Karen Hansen (Brian) and Alison Young (Mike); and his daughter-in-law Darla Forsnes. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
