He was predeceased by: his father Richard Miller. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Miller of Boise; his half-sisters, Debbie Zarana (Mick) of Yakima, WA and Linda Tannahill of Arizona; his siblings, Sam Miller (Nancy) of Aldie, VA, Steve Miller of Pine, ID and Susan (Scott Duncan) of Boise; and his nieces, Gabe Miller, Nikki Duncan and Dani Duncan.
