She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Miehlke and Catherine Miehlke; and her brother Jerry Miehlke. She is survived by: her children, Kim Brooks of Boise, ID, Karen Henderson of Winchester, KY and James Thompson-Morales of Portland, OR.; and her grandchildren, Brooke, Claira, Campbell and Carson.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Cloverdale Memorial Park (1200 N Cloverdale Rd, Boise, ID 83713).
Even in the face of Parkinson's disease, Sandy remained a beacon of warmth, strength, and kindness.
