He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Lines and Verona Ida Pangburn (Browning); and his brother John Browning Pangburn. He is survived by: his wife Carol Massad of Healdton, OK; his children, Shelley Maurine, Russell Frederick (Missy), Shelly Taylor of Pottsburo, TX and Andrea Koerber of Boise, ID; his grandchildren, Monica Taylor, Maddy Haines (Ryan), Sarah Koerber, Mackenzie Koerber (Hunter Griffith), Blake Koerber, Jackie Pangburn, Carolyn Pangburn and Steven Pangburn; and his great grandchildren, Torree Wingo, James Wingo, Raegn Wingo and Reece Farmer.
