We are sad to announce that on February 18, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Sally M. Nelson in Boise, Idaho, born in Twin Falls, Idaho. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Jean Thompson (MacKay); her siblings, Mary Jeanne Elliott and Don Thompson; and her son-in-law Roland Cooke. She is survived by: her children, Cally Roach (Mike), Will Grindstaff (Lisa) and David Grindstaff; her grandchildren, Stephen Parrott (Samantha), Kathryn Porter (Tim), Claire Harris (George) and Walker Grindstaff Cooke; her great grandchildren, Jackson, Reagan, Wilson Parrott, Ahlora, Samuel, Alina, Jessa, Aaron Porter and Ruthie Bernice Harris; and her sister Anni Thompson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bowman Funeral Parlor (10254 W Carlton Bay Dr, Garden City, ID 83714). A reception will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Louie's Pizza and Italian Restaurant (2500 E Fairview Ave, Meridian, ID 83646).
