He is survived by: his wife Lori Allen; his daughters, Julie Simmons, Lorie Bolen (Shane) of Boise, Ami Smith (Dana) of Easton, PA, Erin Yannarella and Ashley Heath (Chris) of Middleton, ID.; and his siblings, Carolyn Martinez (Rick), Pam Motevasselani (Saied) and Scott Rose. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter.
