He was predeceased by: his wife Gena M Bills; and his parents, Harold R Bills and Elizabeth Vanasse. He is survived by: his significant other Peggy Bryant; his children, Steve Bills, Ginnia Bills, Margaret Smith-Flynn and James Smith; and his grandchildren, Kaylynn Bills, Trinity Bosley, Steven Bills, Ariane Lopez, Elenore Lopez, Collin Flynn, Pierce Flynn, Felix Smith and Roland Smith.
