He was predeceased by: his parents, John Frencer and Helene Stumpfl Frencer; and his brother John Frencer. He is survived by: his wife Janis Hull-Frencer; his sisters, Cherl Miller (Mike) and Gail Salzer; and his brother-in-law John (Jean Hull). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Bowman Funeral Parlor (10254 W Carlton Bay Dr, Garden City, ID 83714).
