He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Stanley, Lorraine Olson, James and Gladys Prochaska. He is survived by: his parents, James Prochaska and Patricia Prochaska; his sister Julie; his brother-in-law Chris Gilbert; his nieces and nephews, Ashton and Ali Gilbert; his aunts and uncles, Rick, Ann Olson, Rob Olson, Mary and Lynn Walmer; his cousins, Amy, Pat Chang, Rebecca, Matthew Geier, Elise Olson, Jeremy Phillips, Brian, Maggie Olson, Anna, Bob Pfeiffer, Kristin, Jason Nickerson, Lauren Olson, Kyle Peterek, Travis, Alex Walmer, Dan, Amanda Walmer, Leslie, Jon Shogren, Natalie and Mack Shane; and his close friend John (Chris Wreggelsworth).
