He was predeceased by: his parents, Meyer Tobias and Esther Tobias (Levinson). He is survived by: his brother Bennett; his wife Carol; his children, Mia McNeal (Terry) and Mauri Tobias (Maida); his grandchildren, Marissa McNeal, Claire McNeal (Ranger Downs) and Matt Gammel (Kelsie); and his great grandchild Bruce.
