She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Foruria and Margaret Foruria; her children, Rick Johnson and Lisa McClure; and her sister Irene Franklin.
She is survived by: her sister Teresa Burkhart (William); her granddaughter Nicole Bennett; her great grandchildren, Treznor Oltman, Jameson Wurshmidt and Zakary Bennett; and her nieces and nephews, Pamela Stocks, Wendy Gano, Greg Burkhart and Chris Burkhart.
