She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Slaikeu and Dorothy Slaikeu (Hansen); her daughter Cheryl Kay; her husband Jerry; her brother Paul; her parents-in-law, Laura and Bob Zweifel; and her brothers-in-law, Ronald Zweifel and James Zweifel.

She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Fauver (John) of Pacific City, OR, Barbara Woodington and Sandy Aldrich of Boise, ID; her son-in-law Steve Alvarez of Coos Bay, OR; her grandchildren, Joshua Claiborn (Ashley), Jason Woodington (Joanna Plaza), Dustin Woodington (Leigha Wilcox), Staci Woodington (Dane Jensen), Victoria Stratton (Dyln) and Luke Fauver; and her siblings-in-law, Fern Slaikeu of Clarion, IA and Dennis Zweifel (Karen) of Moline, IL. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
