He is survived by: his wife Alyce Marie Lewis of Boise; and his children, Rodney Lewis (Brenda) of Meridian, Valerie Mendis of Star, Duane Lewis (Jodi) of Caldwell and Marc Lewis (Autum) of Boise. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
