He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Elmer and Evah Elmer; and his brother Fred. He is survived by: his wife Toni J. Hulinsky; his children, Kenna Sparrell (Scott) and Mike Elmer (Tanya); his grandchildren, Kelsy Day (Casey), Ryan Sparrell and Luke Elmer; his great grandchildren, Amelia Day and Austin Day; and his siblings, Doylene Graham and Jack Elmer.
A committal service was held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Idaho State Veteran Cemetery (10100 N Horseshoe Bend Rd, Boise, ID 83714). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Cloverdale Funeral Home (1200 N Cloverdale Rd, Boise, ID 83713).
