He was predeceased by: his parents, G. Frank Fuxa and Eunice Anderson Fuxa. He is survived by: his wife Carol Beier Fuxa of Perry, OK; his children, Tammy Fuxa of Star, ID, Amy Brumlow of Star, ID and Trevor Fuxa of Celina, TX; his grandchildren, Jenna Brumlow (FL), Larissa Mulder (OH), Chase Brumlow (ID), Kaitlyn Fuxa (TX) and Connor Fuxa (TX); and his siblings, Larry Fuxa (OK), Judy Branson (OK) and Jim Fuxa (TX).
