He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Barnes and Elaine Barnes; his brother Kenny Barnes; his parents-in-law, Ray H. and Ellerene Udy; and his brothers-in-law, Lynn Ray Udy and Tino Hernandez.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Udy Barnes of Plymouth, Utah.; his children, Mindy of Boise, ID, James Cory (Kendra) of Ogden, UT, Colby (Cristina) of Copperton, UT, Andy of Kuna, ID, Amelia Barnes of Elwood, UT and Noelani Bowker (Sam) of Boise, ID; and his pet Jethro. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
