He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Frederick Glade and Florence Louise Therrien; and his sister Dottie. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Rector Glade; his daughter Erica Glade Schoerner (FL); his grandchildren, JoHanna, Ian and Madison; his son-in-law Graham Taylor (AZ); and his granddaughter Amber Taylor Benedict (AZ). He is also survived by Two daughters from a previous marriage and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
