He was predeceased by: his parents, Morgan Skinner and Evelyn Skinner; and his brother Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Targow; his daughter Leslie (Mike); his grandchildren, Maddi, Sienna and Talia; his sister-in-law Ritis; his nieces and nephews, Becky (Alan), Timothy (Merrily), Philip (Cindy) and Risa Targow Higgins (Bartley); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Rachel (Sean), Scott (Christina), Laura (Joseph), Sean (Rachel), Kathryn Steven (Cody), Nathaniel and Lucas; and his cousin Judy (Walt).
