He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Parbha Wati Chand; his son Mukesh Chand; his daughter-in-law Ana Chand; his daughter Jotika Singh; his grandchildren, Joel Foust, Stacey Chand, Nathaniel Chand, Sandeep Singh and Tom Costanza; his great grandchild Esther; his parents, Tiger Shankar and Sirtaji; and his grandparent Assemblies of God. He was also cherished by brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews.
